***Stepping Into Leadership Fall 2026 Cohort***
From supervisors to managers and business owners, individuals seeking to enhance their leadership prowess will find invaluable insights and tools within each session.
Before the course begins, participants will undergo a cutting-edge DISC© assessment, gaining insights into their unique leadership and communication styles. Further sessions will explore self-leadership, team dynamics, employee engagement strategies, coaching methodologies, goal setting techniques, project management best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence within organizations.
The Course Covers Three Areas:
Leadership Skills — elevate yourself as a professional and inspiring leader
People Management — build and manage a strong, engaged team through coaching, performance management, and communication
Business Skills — tools for productivity, goal setting, decision making, time management, and change management
Session Dates (9:00 am – 2:45 pm with lunch break):

Tuesday, November 3rd
Prerequisite: Participants must have completed a DiSC personal assessment within the last 12 months. DiSC is used by over a million people annually to improve teamwork, communication, and workplace productivity.
All participants who complete the program will receive a Stepping Into Leadership Certification.
Meet Your Facilitator
Christine McLeod has been the lead facilitator for Stepping Into Leadership since 2018, inspiring over 500 Squamish supervisors and managers. With three decades of operational and management experience, she brings a rare ability to make every topic directly relevant to the real challenges participants face in their workplaces.
